Zhu Bajie's effect does the work: whenever a tier-3 hero combines, your other tier-3 heroes gain levels. When he enters, Zhu Bajie steals Liu Shan's levels first.

Every hit he takes adds to his max HP for good, so by the late game you have a pig with tens of thousands of HP.

Game plan

Round by round

EarlyRounds 1–3

Only take four 1Lady Sun (to awaken her) and one 1Yixing.
Spend HP to reach player level 3.
Use Lady Sun's free rerolls to find cards.
Missing a lot of comp cards? Add 2Cao Cao to use Lady Sun's entry reroll.

MidPlayer Lv 3

Stay at level 3 and roll for comp cards and 2Menki.
Menki must enter the board before you sell him. Use the tier-1 voucher he gives to take Lady Sun, play her, then sell her to trigger Marco's passive.
Only take Tips that give two hero cards.
Repeat until the pig reaches around level 300.

LatePlayer Lv 6

Grow team size to 6. When you can afford it, find 4Taiyi to revive the pig.
At level 6, take Special Care for more damage.
To raise the ceiling, use Arms Breakdown to destroy three useless items and unlock Mech Head and Life-saving Orb.
